...The single player game takes you through the best missions from the PC game and the expansion pack, and should take you a healthy amount of time to blow through. There's even some replay value, thanks to secret "Dark Tarot" cards that unlock new powers and upgrades.
As far as mindless FPS games go, Painkiller: Hell Wars isn't a bad pickup. It's only 30 bucks, and for folks that haven't picked up the 360, it's one of the few new FPS games you'll be seeing for some time.

Mario Hoops 3-on-3 Reviewed (Nintendo DS) FunnyGames, October 1, 2006
Finding new sports for Mario Bros
to take up is getting seriously tricky. Let's see what out favorite Italian stereotype has left to play, shall we? How about "Mario Angling"? That might be fun, but we'll save that one for the Wii-mote. "Donkey Kong Zorbing"? Nah, too much like Super Monkey Ball. Ok, got it: "Princess Peach Buzkashi Party". Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix FunnyGames, July 24, 2007
The most recent entry in the Harry Potter pantheon of games takes advantage of ever-advancing game technology to offer several exciting new features. First, the game takes its cue from Grand Theft Auto, Bully and other popular games of the last couple of years, and offers a fully-immersive "sandbox" experience, allowing players to fully roam throughout 85 locations in Hogwarts, as well as the Ministry of Magic and other places.
The game seems tailor-made for the Wii, as spellcasting now requires more dexterity to execute the precise movements necessary to get one's magic on. "Discovery Points" allow players to advance through the plot of the game, and it's rumored that, in addition to Harry, playable versions of Sirius Black and Dumbledore will be available. In all, more than 60 missions and interaction with over 90 characters are promised.
