Funny News: Armored Core 4 Review (Xbox 360)

April 23, 2007: Armored Core 4 Review (Xbox 360)

Giant robots are almost always fun. Sometimes, you get to go into great detail when you build them in a video game, much like the MechWarrior series on the PC. Take every part, fit it into certain slots and make sure you have the right type of armor, not to mention enough heatsinks to keep from overheating when you fire off those 12 lasers at once. Texas Hold'Em Poker Review FunnyGames, September 11, 2006
Now that many real-money online poker sites are starting to close due to federal legislation, many gamers are deciding whether they're in it for the money, or for the thrill of poker itself. The most popular form of poker nowadays is Texas Hold 'Em, and video games and TV shows basedon it are everywhere. And the Xbox 360 can be put on the list of platforms with a Hold 'Em game - Tikgames' Texas Hold 'Em for the Live Arcade has just launched on Microsoft's powerhouse console, and while you'll find the graphics to be anything but impressive, the online play is better. Do you like co-op gameplay? How about four-player co-op? Even better four player co-op featuring Master Chief, the Arbiter and two brand new Elite characters? Because that's what you'll be able to do over Xbox Live when Halo 3 ships on September 25...

...Four player co-op. Will it push the medium of gaming forward? Probably not. Will Live servers be bogged down under the onslaught of gamers signing on to take advantage of the new feature? Absolutely. Screw innovation; four player co-op is a masterstroke for Bungie. After the dismal mess which was Halo 2's online component, the developer has turned completely around and realized what the games fanbase truly wants. More. Online action...
