Funny News: Lego Star Wars (PS3 and Wii)

May 28, 2007: Lego Star Wars (PS3 and Wii)

Before Traveller's Tales can bring Lego Batman to gamers, it has one more tour of duty in George Lucas' Star Wars trilogy. LucasArts today confirmed recent retailer product listings and announced Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga for the PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360, and DS.

Wolfenstein Preview FunnyGames, August 4, 2008
Wolfenstein is being created for simultaneous release on the PC, PS3, and 360 - previously, id as well as other PC-centric developers have moved away from their home platform and towards consoles, citing piracy as well as difficulty with sales overall as the reason. Some thought that meant that id was abandoning the PC altogether or intended on tossing together a sloppy console-like port as an afterthought, but if Wolfenstein is the standard that they're setting for themselves, I don't think we have much to worry about. id's own Kevin Cloud said that his home platform is still the PC and his playtesting sessions with this game take place on PC. Then you have the much more simplistic ones where you don't really upgrade your robot but instead run around and shoot stuff in a more action-styled game you can find this mostly at play in MechAssault...

...The game graphics are, for the most part, pretty darn nice. Mechs have some insane detail on them try changing to a slight weapon variation and you will notice it almost immediately...
