July 3, 2006: MOTOGP 06 reviewIf realistic racing games are your thing, the Xbox 360 has one solid choice: Project Gotham Racing 3 game. That is, it's the only solid choice if you're willing to limit yourself to four-wheel racing games. Now, if you're looking for a bit of the two-wheel variety games, you might want to take a look at MotoGP 06, the latest motorcycle racer game from THQ.
In case you're new to the MotoGP franchise games, it's all about super fast bikes, super twisty courses, and super realism. Don't expect to see boost meters or red shells here, as you'll have to make it to the finish line just like the pros do it in real life.

Crysis - First Three Levels FunnyGames, October 29, 2007After more than 18 months of anticipation, Crysis is almost here. If all goes according to plan, this highly-awaited first-person shooter game will go gold in a matter of days, meaning that it's finished and headed for duplication and manufacturing.

We could keep going, but you're probably getting a good idea of what the early levels of Crysis are like. There's tons of intense tactical action, but also lots of depth. We could probably replay the opening game levels over and over again, each time using different approaches and methods. If we had more time during our play session, we would have definitely spent a lot more time skulking around in the jungle, sneaking up on North Koreans and dispatching them quietly. As it was, we took a very aggressive, run-and-gun approach due to time limitations. Thankfully, though, with the game coming out in a matter of weeks, we'll have plenty of time soon enough to explore the many possibilities of Crysis.

...This racing game has not changed substantially - you still pilot a car at breakneck speeds through the crowded streets of unnamed cities. You get points for driving recklessly. Weaving through oncoming traffic and drifting around corners builds up boost, which then can be triggered for a scary speed burst...
...Instead of racing, most of the events take the form of challenges: drift for over 9,000 yards, complete a lap in under a minute, take out fifteen cars. These are neat mini games, but here they have almost completely replaced the basic racing game which is rubber-banded to death anyway...
