When they first appeared on the scene, real-time strategy games started off with the basics of harvesting resources, building your base, and eventually churning out an army of toy soldiers to beat up your opponents before they did the same to you. Times have changed. These games have become faster-paced and more streamlined, with better control layouts, prettier graphics, and in the case of EALA's upcoming sequel, they have scout dogs and parachuting bears. Yes, Red Alert 3 may look like Command & Conquer 3's wackier cousin, but as we saw from our exclusive hands-on time with the game, there's also a finely-tuned and deep strategy game within. ...After a variety of lackluster games, Square-Enix must have decided that it was time to try a daring merger. And since they probably had some extra Advent Children FMV lying around, it made sense to dive even deeper into the now eight year-old Final Fantasy VII cash cow. A few tie-ins and cameos later and we have got Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, a first/third-person RPG action mash-up starring Vincent Valentine, a somewhat peripheral character from the original game.
...And after clocking a good ten hours of Dirge, at least four of which were spent watching cutscenes, I'm done with it. Square-Enix makes quality RPGs and pretty FMV, and I hope they are content to bow gracefully out of genres they obviously have little reason to meddle in. Leave the emo-shooters to Dante and just peep Advent Children again if you need a fix.

Tower Defence is based on the populat Warcraft 3 (Element Tower Defence) and the Starcraft (Turret Defence) gameplay.
The object of the Tower Defence game
is to prevent the hordes (called waves) of monsters from getting to the castle by building element towers near the path.
Your menu is located at the bottom of your gamescreen. You can choose from a number of different elements to build towers from. When you click on a tower that has been built, the build menu becomes an upgrade menu, allowing you to make your defence towers even stronger.
The monsters will appear (spawn) every 20 seconds or you could press the spacebar to speed up the spawn. The health of the monsters will be miltiplied by 1.25 in every new wave. If your defence towers
fail to kill the monsters and they get into the castle, a cavillian of your castle will die. The game is over When all your civillians die.
