Ultimate Ghosts n' Goblins is a definite ode to the old school series and to classic arcade games in general. It doesn't compromise its values, staying true to its ridiculous difficulty, forgettable storyline and outlandish enemies. It may not be the most innovative game on the PSP, and it's not without its faults, but old school gamers and action fanatics will find a lot to enjoy here.
...In all, Ultimate Ghosts n' Goblins is a great buy for folks that loved the original games, as it adds enough to keep things fresh. Recently christened gamers might find the old school mechanics too frustrating and should think about checking out the originals before dropping down 40 bucks on the latest version.

IMDB Review Quote:
"I saw this movie again last night, for the third time, and once again had to keep watching each torturous minute until its chilling end. Going through the comments index, I see the expected responses: it was boring: it was pointless: it was too long: it's a satire: the games aren't actually that funny: it involved the audience in a neato way: it's nothing new: it's been done before. So I here offer an interpretation to add to the cacophany of reactions that FUNNY GAMES seem to engender."
