Sega rolled out a Wii version of Super Monkey Ball recently, and we had a chance to check out all of the monkey madness using the system's motion-sensing remote and nunchaku. There's not much that looks different in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, but its feel adds a new layer of fun when controlling AiAi and friends.
In the single-player puzzle demo, tilting the remote sent AiAi rolling in the corresponding direction. Slightly pointing the remote down rolled him forward, leaning it to the right or left initiated a turn, and adjusting it to the ceiling slowed him down and eventually sent him backwards. Anything but the slightest of hand movements would send AiAi off of the ...

Wolfenstein Preview FunnyGames, August 4, 2008Wolfenstein is being created for simultaneous release on the PC, PS3, and 360 - previously, id as well as other PC-centric developers have moved away from their home platform and towards consoles, citing piracy as well as difficulty with sales overall as the reason. Some thought that meant that id was abandoning the PC altogether or intended on tossing together a sloppy console-like port as an afterthought, but if Wolfenstein is the standard that they're setting for themselves, I don't think we have much to worry about. id's own Kevin Cloud said that his home platform is still the PC and his playtesting sessions with this game take place on PC. Hellgate London Review FunnyGames, November 29, 2007Demons, zombies, foul squishy monsters, leaping beasties that fly at you from across the street. Poor London. Hell has vomited its array of nastiness upon the city and inhabitants have been forced to hole up in the Tube, that is, the subway. Mind the gap.
You, brave Templar, Cabalist, or Hunter, make your way to the nearest station over the course of a delightfully worded tutorial-hints of the laugh-out-loud dialog to come-and prepare for battle. Humanity won't go down without a fight!
London looks good, even if it has become the spawn point for all the evil in the world. There are plenty of crates and barrels to smash, sending pieces flying all over the place and...
